History

Established in 2006.

Grass Monkey began as a way for founder Eric Lambert to make a few dollars to support his family while he transitioned from a freelance design and modeling career to selling residential real estate. He had immediate success with real estate, but found that the taste of the lawn and landscaping business would change his direction. He acquired a passion for the creative process of building a business. The continued success of Grass Monkey llc is rooted in pursuing creative ways to provide superior customer experiences, honest hard work, and core values.

Business Owner

Eric graduated from Bellbrook High School and attended Sinclair Community college majoring in Visual Communications. He lives in Centerville, OH. where he and his wife Lisa raised and are (still raising) five children. Eric has been involved in coaching many youth sports through the years and hopes to retire to the southwest region of the United States.
