Established in 1989.

The Hope Hotel & Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center was designed primarily for military housing and meetings. Now the privately owned facility has a new entrance enabling the public to book both sleeping rooms as well as meeting rooms without entering the base. The hotel and conference center is the largest full service facility in Greene County and the largest hotel ballroom in a three county area.

Wright Patterson Air Force Base has the distinction of being the only military base with a privately owned and operated commercial hotel. Approval for this project was obtained through an act of Congress. While being an experimental project for the government, the Hope Hotel & Conference Center has experienced tremendous success and continues to exceed all expectations.
