After a poor customer service experience with another nearby jeweler I decided to go to Jared. When I walked in the door I was greeted by someone right away with a smile and a «what can I do for you?» I explained my situation to them and Kirk bent over backwards for me to have just what I wanted! I have now picked up my rings and am so happy. They are PERFECT! So Happy with Jared’s personal customer service. Thank you Jared, I’ll be back!

A lovely store at this location. I wasn’t excited by the selection(but I’m super picky). What I was most annoyed with was the service. The lady who was«helping» us was weird and did not listen to the questions we had. I found her to be snobbish, which was funny because she shouldn’t have been, and she was not interested in «selling» to us. Honestly, I’d never buy any serious jewelry from a store like Jared, but the quality of care here was so lacking, I might not even«look» in this store again.

Yes this is a chain and maybe they’re a little pricier than other jewelers around, but they really excel at what they do. Aside from having a nice selection of jewelry, their customer service is fantastic and I’ve found this to be true at both locations in Dayton. In fact the only reason that I’m writing a review about them is that are so good at taking care of their customers. We’re always asked if there’s anything that they can get for us, water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, even if we’re just having our rings cleaned(which is always free). They even clean the rings we didn’t buy from them. The salespeople we’ve worked with in the past always remembers us and is over the top friendly. Jared is a model of good customer service!
