And the story begins… First time taking my car to Matt Castrucci Nissan for service work (simple oil change)! Ive always taken my car to the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from, I won’t mention that dealer but… needless to say. I never missed a maintenance. My last oil change was told I pretty much just need to consider having my tires replaced. Everything else was tip top. So… I take my car here for the first time because I couldn’t get into my usual dealer. I’m asked if I want my tires rotated upon having the oil changed and advised since my tires need replaced that I might have a little bit more vibration. I said ok. This service department comes out with a laundry list of crap that needs fixed ! Then when I get in my car. It’s now so loud and shaking It literally scared me to drive it!!! A 5 year old car that was completely quiet now road as rough as a go cart !!! I call back to ask if they could rotate the tires back and explained why. I am amazed. It is obvious that they are a big dealership because they don’t care about their customers. How the dealership is organized causes pandemonium… I waited 10 min and luckily an employee getting coffee told me where I was supposed to go for my appointment. Then when I drove into the garage I was mortified. He pulled out a sheet instructing how much service would cost. When I informed him I didn’t need half of the services, he charged me double for one computer diagnostic test and when I asked him what could be causing certain issues he would roll his eyes and say I don’t know. I also provided him the 27 point check provided by another Kia dealership and he remained clueless. The base estimate was 1000 and he wasn’t reassuring me that it would stay close to that. This dealership optimizes a quick sand lot. Customer service is terrible and if they’re not able to get you on a price they will find a way to add of more services. Horrendous. Find another dealership if you must get Kia related service — don’t go here!

The Honda Service team is super nice and helpful. I had recall items on my Honda Civic. Steven did the work and was very quick in getting my car back to me. I enjoyed a positive car repair experience and would recommend getting your car serviced here.

Soo, I’ve had a lease with Honda for a total of 5 years, on my second one now. My fiancé has a lease through kia castrucci. We both are leaving Castrucci and never going back, which will be over $ 600 a month they’ll be losing out on.
The sales process wasn’t terrible for me, but the collision center is truly a mess. They took over a month to fix my car after I was hit. Then they messed it up and I had to take it back for 2 weeks and even still there are dirty fingerprints in the ceiling and walls of the car. They also pulled out the visor and shoved it back up there so when we went to use it, it came down and is permanently broken. If I knew it wouldn’t take 2 – 5 weeks to fix it I’d take it back. I’m done. I can’t wait to see what a new dealership who values their customers is like.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Castrucci himself. Alleviated all of my concerns and completely satisfied with my service and sales experiences. Will recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle in the future

The auto buying process was seamless and if I was writing a review on that alone, my rating would be higher. However, when it comes to title work, they are AWFUL! 2 weeks after purchase, I called with concerns of not receiving a title. «Don’t worry», they said. The“temporary tag is good for 45 days… you’ll have plenty of time!” Well, said tag expires next Wednesday. Tomorrow is the only day I am able to get tags before the temporary ones expire. Debbie at the dealers title office is useless. «We did our job». Well, I paid for a title that I have yet to receive. My only option is to purchase another title or wait for the other to arrive forcing me to lose several hours pay, and/​or pay a fine for not getting tags before the temporary ones expire. So aggravating!

Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Nissan dealership in the area. You’re surely to have a better experience there. Now on to my review.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars that is what this rating would be. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a finance manager as I was in this dealership.
I entered this store looking to find pricing on the Rogue SV and LS premium packages to compare to the price I received and Joseph Airport Toyota for the Rav4 with similar features. I have a special pricing plan that discounts the cost of a Nissan and wanted to know how closely the pricing would be between the two.
The LS ended up being out of my price range because of the additional safety monitoring features so I was offered the SV premium with the leather upgrade and told the only difference between the two was the front collision monitoring. After I received the new price of the SV with leather I looked at an SV with the premium package and noticed it did not have the panoramic roof so I asked the salesman why it was missing and was then advised that the SV comes with 2 options the «moon roof» package AND the premium package each over 1k. Note that on the SL premium there is only the premium package which includes the panoramic sun roof. I asked the sales guys to provide a number that included both since that what I was under the impression I was getting to begin with.
The finance guy comes out and proceeds to tell me he doesn’t want to be in the middle of a rat race and when I have shopped around for other prices I can come back to him. This was completely out of line and absolutely disrespectful. I advised him I have already shopped around and received the best prices on the RAV4, CX5, Ford Escape, and Subaru forester, and simply wanted the correct best price with the features we had previously discussed from Nissan; he walks back into his office. At this point I’m so upset and ready to leave; I tell the salesmen that this misunderstanding was not my fault and that I did not deserved to be treated the way I was and left.
Later the finance manager contacts me over the phone and gives me the new prices and apologizes for saying the” rat race” comment and tried to give me some song and dance of miscommunication and how prices and features weren’t relayed to him correctly. Stop with the middle man bullsh** and you wouldn’t have this problem, which I told him in a nicer way and tried to let him know my experience with the Mazda dealership next door, which by the way was WONDERFUL, (especially compared to this experience), regarding this very issue (the middle man) and he interrupted me and told me he DID NOT care how Mazda did things that he has sold twice as many cars then they did. At this point we are in a full blown argument and he says he is going to end the call; I replied please do and hung up.
Now if you’ve taken the time to read my long winded comment I hope you’re left thinking, WOW what terrible customer service and I don’t feel this way because of the pricing or misunderstanding but because of how this guy handled himself through this entire process. Rule number one in good customer service is listen to the customer and EMPATHIZE and I’m not one of those people who think the customer is always right either, but if a customer is upset (especially if it’s you’re fault as a representative of the company) you should stop talking and LISTEN. I was attempting to share an experience I had with a competitor and to be interrupted and told «he didn’t care», well folks that’s a new low in customer service.
Nissan leadership– if you’re reading this review you may want to train you’re employees on how to provide good customer service if you want to continue to «sell twice as many cars as the other guy»!.
I can’t remember that guy’s name (probably a good thing for him) but at the end of the day, you don’t get to pick the finance manager you do business with anyway, so my best advice, is just avoid the place all together.

There is an old, petite lady at the front desk that gives estimates for collision repair for your car and she is consistently wrong with her estimates. Don’t trust her. Go somewhere else

A few weeks after the time wasting debacle at Germain Nissan (see other review), we were able to purchase a CPO Pathfinder at Matt Castrucci Nissan near Dayton. It wasn’t the V8 that I had been seeking but it was an excellent condition CPO Pathfinder at a good price. Shockingly, they gave me a nice offer on my trade that I didn’t even try to haggle. My salesman was a bit of «an odd duck» but the management was pretty good.
It’s been almost a year and a half and the Path is doing well.

Didn’t get a Nissan, but there is no listing for the Honda portion of this dealership.
Bought new 2012 Ex-​l civic off showroom floor, «Black» Worked a decent deal not great, but they also have to make some money. Was treated very well, car was bought for my wife who got the full treatment as expected when paying in full on delivery. few problems with vehicle since bought under 12k mileage was imminently fixed within 15 minutes by the friendly staff, plus the car was washed, but not dried off. Did notice a scuff mark of dirt on my rocker panel, but I brushed it off compared to the speed and service received. Was able to walk the lot while waiting for my car only to get approached asking if I needed anything,“coffee” etc, not a common sales pitch tactic. will be definitely going back to buy another vehicle when that time comes or when my pockets get a little fatter. I trust car dealerships about as much as a stranger with my wallet, but was pretty satisfied with this experience.
