History

Established in 1981.

John Rieser has been personally involved in over 16,000 asset protection matters, workouts, and bankruptcies of all kinds business and consumer for over thirty years, primarily in southwest Ohio, and in south Florida as well.

John Rieser is a 1981 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where I had the good fortune to learn the current Bankruptcy Code from Vern Countryman, a principal drafter of the then just enacted Bankruptcy Code. My firm and I both are AV-​rated. I know the asset protection, bankruptcy and workout turf, and we know it well.
