Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I give 5 stars for my first two visit to the store. However, I will give zero star for my 3^rd visit. I was asking the return policy and the store told me there is no return while the receipt said its 30 days return policy with highest customer satisfies. I understand it might be close to store closing hour and the store has a visitor sitting there and chatting with the store customer service, so the store not even give much attention when answering my question. I will not go back to this store!

Visiting the store on Alum Rock and getting help from Antonio, Tony was just wonderful. He really made paint buying such an easy experience. He’s knowledgable but not pushy, and recommends exactly what we need. I would advise you to go speak to him when in this store, he’s the best rep there. The others are nice, courteous and also know the products, but didn’t speak to me with as much confidence and explanation as Tony did.
I would encourage people to buy small sample pints and really test out the color in their home. There is just no other way to get the colors you want without testing it and looking at exactly what they would look like in your home, with your lighting. I was really surprised to find my first color choices were not the ones I ended up picking after trying them on my walls.
Homebuying, remodeling and painting can be very stressful, but the paint in my home made a world of difference. Dreading moving into a working project, but as soon as it had some new paint, I got really excited about my home again.

When you decide to paint the exterior of your house, Choosing the paint and the color is no easy task. I arrived at Sherwin-​Williams this morning to look at The products that they offered to paint the exterior my home.
The painter and I were greeted by an employee named Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the products that they offer and he made suggestions as to what would work best for the durability of the paint. After considerable deliberation with my painter we chose a paint that is guaranteed for 25 years. We then had to paint shaken, and bought paint supplies to complete the job.
I was very happy with the price of the product. To pay the entire house on the exterior cost me about $ 360. Tony also suggested that I join their frequent buyer club and receive 10% off. Anybody would love that kind of bargain!
Comparing this paint store with another paint store down the street that offers a very good product, I felt Sherwin-​Williams to be a better deal. I love the customer service at this particular store offers.
If you’re going to touch up your exterior house paint, paint the entire house, or take on a special project I recommend you try out the Sherwin-​Williams store on the corner of McKee and Capitol.

It’s a paint store but there are way more colors available than OSH and will custom mix. That’s a bonus. Clerk was really good about telling me about the sales. No other customers were in the store on a Saturday, gotta like that too :)
