I have been trying to get a hold of the person that sold and installed our new roof 5 years ago. We are having a problem with the roof now and all I want them to do is come and take a look and if possible fix it. I’m not looking for a freebie, just a roof repair. I have called four times and four times I was told Ken Griffin would call me back. This still hasnt happened. I had to call a different roofing repair company and they had someone out here that quoted us close to $ 1200 for the repair. They said the original roof job wasn’t done right around the skylights. We have water damage in our Master Bedroom and think it is coming from the skylight. I am not willing to pay $ 1200 for this without Showcase Roofing taking a look. I thought they did a fine job installing the roof 5 years ago. I guess they want to sell you a new roof, but then when you need them down the road they don’t want to bother with you anymore.
