Wow! I went to Staffords to have my wedding rings soldered and appraised. I have never been there but I heard they are «conservatives» so I thought I’d give them my business. What a bad idea. I walked in. A man said «what can I help you with?» I told him what I needed and that I wanted it to be perfect. He then told me that because my rings weren’t perfect, the soldering wouldn’t be perfect. He then told me how much it wld be to have the rings appraised. I said «oh, I thought it would be a different price since they would be soldered.» He said, «well, if you’ll let me finish…» Then I picked up my rings and said I might be back. He started telling me all the reasons for his pricing. I left. Then I went to Jared, told them my story and boy did I get treated well!
