Used them in 2014 and they were very good, so called them again in 2015 for a ride to the airport. This time they were 20 minutes late on the pickup. Luckily we made our flight but not sure I’d risk it again.

Thank you Jim for your excellent assistance. While traveling my family and I had car trouble at 5am on Saturday morning. Classi Taxi was the only company willing to assist 6 of us. They are prompt and took us to our destination then equally prompt one week later picking us up and taking us to the repair shop to pick up our vehicle. Saved our vacation. When in Daytona there will only be one taxi I’ll use… Classi Taxi.

Absolutely perfect customer service. I talked to Jim about a lost bag and he had it and already had a call in to our local pharmacy about a prescription that was inside the bag. He had the bag on the next taxi out to our hotel. I commemd this company on taking the extra steps to do the right thing. They will forever have our business in Daytona.

Today used the car service from Daytona to Orlando. Driver was Theresa. When making reservation I was quoted 150.00. I had a family member that was visiting that I arranged the travel for. Theresa informed it was 175.00. I called and complained. The service had the driver call me. Thought that was very unprofessional. Theresa should never be used as she is not good for customer service. Would be very cautious using this service. Lie about the fees.

These guys were great. We got caught in an epic Florida storm and they went out of the way to pick up my friend’s elderly parents who couldn’t walk as fast as we could. They know the area well and are SO friendly. We had 2 different drivers and the were both fantastic. They definitely live up to their name.
