All of our technicians are certified in Computer Hardware and Software break-fix. But besides that certification, each technicians is also specialized in a different area in the Information Technology Industry. So we have a Laptop specialist, a Network Specialist, a Data Recovery expert, … etc. I myself have specialized in IT Security and for 6 years worked for EarthLink as a Senior Threat Researcher (Computer Virus, Malware, Popups, Spyware…).
This allows us to send the appropriate technician to every job. Whether it’s a simple virus removal or computer repair, to complex Network setup, and Cloud Computing. And everything in between.
In total, I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. In all areas including Programming, Data Base administration, Network Administration, etc. However, my passion has always been IT Security. My background include 5 years as Threat Research Analyst for Earthlink, and 6 years in Security Consulting.
