Business Owner

Amir Malek has almost a decade of engineering experience in Florida and Texas combined, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Amir is currently serving on the Exexutive Council of the Volusia County Association for Responsible Developement (VCARD), which runs out of the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Amir is highly experienced in the Civil Engineering field and has been responsible for the design and permitting of numerous land improvements ranging from private and institutional Land Development projects to government Roadway and Drainage projects. His work history covers urban, sub-​urban and rural development. Amir has a history of working for private developers in the fastest growing city in the US prior to the economic recession; as well as working for government entities as a consultant during the «cut the fat», post-​economic bubble era.
