Established in 2007.

Pop-​a-​lock is a locally owned and operated franchisees covering all of Flagler and Volusia county. Our franchisee is owned and operated by Shaun Collum and his father, Bill. Shaun is also our Senior locksmith and maintains a great relationship with our community.

Shaun is a graduate of Full Sail University in Orlando, Fl. Having worked in digital media for five years and getting a little tired of the «desk» scene, he ventured to Palm Coast, Fl where he and his father opened the Pop-​A-​Lock franchisee. Shaun has gained the knowledge of locksmithing through extensive training and hands-​on practice. He maintains his awareness of the locksmith industry by attending local events, seminars, and conducting his own research. He just recently graduated from Kaba Ilco. University with a certificate in Access Control!
