Ok I decided to try again. so bad I can’t believe I did. screwed my order up as I stood right there in front of them got all the shakes wrong AGAIN. Told manager that every time I order they screw it up not once not twice EVERYTIME. All she could say was its because they have a big turn over of employees… really excuse after excuse for lousy service. $ 15.00 an hour is what they want NO WAY. Never going back again, Brooklyn is as bad as Killingly. Hello Burger KIng Good bye Suck donalds

Went there today for breakfast about 10 AM. Ordered 4 bacon egg cheese biscuits, 4 hash browns and a large coffee for my wife and I. (This was at the drive thru). I got my coffee and then had to wait 7 minutes to get the rest of my order. When I received my order all I got was a sorry. They could’ve at least compensated me something for the wait.

They get three stars strictly for the store cleanliness. They always seem to be bust when we stop in (mostly Saturday mornings) I’m not sure if it’s because they are that good or that they are that slow and people just can’t get out fast enough.

Used the restroom here so 4 stars is for the interior and bathroom cleanliness. This is a relatively new store and it has really nice touches like large private bathroom stalls, subway tiles, higher end light fixtures over the booths, stone building materials etc. They did a nice job, I like it even though I really only go to McDs for coffees… really!
