I can not stress this enough.
I had them transfer info from one computer to another that was password locked but otherwise fully functioning. Since the computer that was password locked was returned, my sound card mysteriously went bad. They, of course, had a workaround to sell me. Always ready to sell a workaround. I purchased an anti virus program from them with a maintenance package. My computer has been extremely sluggish and jumpy with more popups than ever.
Oh yeah. I also had 13,000 songs they did not transfer from my iTunes folder during the data transfer process. This is a collection I built over 20 years, some from CDs. At $ 0.99 a song, that’s a minimum of $ 13,000. BBB has been contacted. I’m waiting to see how this will work since I have been trying to work with them over the phone.
They are too busy for the amount of people who are working there. They do not have someone at the store that knows customer service in the tech/​sales field. For a data transfer from one computer to another to find out that your sound card is mysteriously shot and your entire music collection wasn’t transferred and they won’t do anything about it, it’s not worth it.
