Been a patient here for a long time, almost 8 years. Not once have my appointments been on time. I’ve been cancelled on many times. Staff make appointments without talking to me about what will work for me. I’ve walked out many times. Prescription refills take, on average, about 2 weeks! Staff are everywhere but don’t care and are brusque and terse. They speak extremely fast and are not clear. Writing this while sitting in the office for my visit that was scheduled over an hour ago. Time to walk and seek better care elsewhere.

Waited two hours beyond my appointed time and finally left. Another woman sat over 4 hours. Clearly, this is a poorly run office. Odd because there appears to be 50 staff members running throughout the place – mostly grabbing lunch. Do yourself a favor, and find a cardiologist who will save your life instead of wasting moments of it.
