The law firm was founded by Haytham Faraj in 2012 after leaving a previous law firm. The firm maintains offices in Chicago, Illinois. Haytham Faraj has represented clients in federal, state and military courts throughout the country. He has tried to verdict numerous jury trials and is a proud graduate of the Trial Lawyers College where he also teaches trial skills.

Mr. Faraj is licensed to practice in Illinois, Michigan, Washington DC and California. He is also admitted to practice in numerous federal District Courts as well as the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, 6^th Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Faraj has been a guest speaker and lecturer on a variety of topics including Arab-​American identity and Muslim-​American identity on NPR, Al-​Jazeera, BBC, Russian television and at the ADC convention in 2007. He has also lectured on handling of the media in high profile cases to the Virginia Bar. He enjoys participating in endurance sports. He has completed several Ironman Triathlon, the Wild West Relay, Race Across the West bicycle race and numerous marathons and triathlons. He is an active member of Ride2Recovery, an organization that assists wounded veterans in rehabilitating through cycling.
