1st Choice Sports Rehab doctors and staff are a unique team of sports chiropractors and therapists unmatched in any single facility elsewhere. Our doctors are nationally recognized instructors, coaches and trainers. We are proud to have been named one of the «Top Sports Rehab Facilities» in the Southeast by Competitor Magazine.
Our doctors are athletes themselves. They understand that you want results fast. We understand the rigors of competition and training. We’re helpful after an injury, but more so because we can often help you avoid injury while training. In addition, with VO2 Max Testing conveniently in our office, we can help you get the most out of your workouts.

Dr. Niklaus D.
Business Owner
Dr. Niklaus DelFavero, is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College, a Board Certified Chiropractor, a Certified FDM (Fascial Distortion Model) Provider and a Full Body Certified Provider in the Active Release Techniques (ART). His additional post-graduate training and certifications include Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute.
Originally a native of upstate New York, Dr. DelFavero was drawn to Houston, Texas for his undergraduate study at Rice University where he was a key member of their Men’s NCAA Swim Team. As a member of the Austrian National Swim Team he won several medals in international competition.
