Our mother died suddenly last year. The hospital staff handed us a phone book and asked us to choose someone to make arrangements. We were unprepared and somehow got hooked up with some internet cremation service and did not realize till the contractor came to pick up her body. After some back and forth, we agreed that he would deliver her to Dawson and Wikoff instead and we could complete arrangements the following morning since it was very late. I’m sure they thought we were crazy. Dawson and Wikoff did everything that we could have hoped, except bring our mother back. They were professional yet kind and I would not hesitate to recommend.
