Dunkin’ Donuts

MOST of the time the drive thru is friendly and fast. I’ve only ever had a problem one or two times and I visit here pretty regularly! Sign up for DD perks and receive points for everything you buy which adds up to a free beverage after 250 points! Also you get free perks like cheap drinks, Etc.

I love Dunkin Donuts it is my favorite place for a good cup of coffee or latte. I just moved to the area and this location is close to my home so I frequent it often. The coffee is always superb and made exactly the way that I like it. Service is always friendly and relatively swift. There has only been one occasion where the wait time was a bit longer BUT the store and drive thru were both jammed packed and the young man at the register was super nice, apologetic and did the best that he could.
I come to this location every single day and I will continue to do so in the future!

I come to the Candler Rd. Location because it’s near the hair salon I go to. The coffee is always on point. I always get a small French Vanilla with 3 creams, no sugar. Somet imes I get 4 or 6 blueberry muchkins. They’re usually hit or miss here. This morning it was a miss. TOO soft. The young lady this morning was sweet she allowed me to sample one. Nothing outstanding about this location or visit. Nevertheless I’ll return for cofee.

Chains are always tough to review because you pretty much know what you get. So instead i’ll focus on the customer service. I went in for a large cup of coffee, which I got almost immediately, and with Splenda, as I requested. Thumbs up there. I also asked for hashbrowns, and that’s where things slowed, as I stood and waited for them, while 3 other customers were served. Probably a 5 minute wait, no big deal, but it would’ve been nice if they kept me updated on the hold up that they’d be ready in just a moment.
Coffee was still good. Hashbrowns were okay, and surprisingly it was easy to get in and out of the lot on a Monday morning around 7ish. There’s plenty of parking, a drive thru, and it’s right across from South Dekalb Mall, if you’re up for some shopping.
