Hopefully this becomes a yearly tradition in Decatur. From what I heard while we were down there this weekend, this was the first year.
It was a ton of fun with old cars, hearses, and trucks… yes hearses! There were a ton of people walking in the parade and even full bands playing on trailers pulled by trucks.
It was a great family experience where children received candy and also dressed up on the side of the road to watch the parade.
Hope it happens again next year!
