Jim K.

Manager

Growing up in the family business, Jim knew from an early age that being a part of the Kelley Automotive Group was a tradition he wanted to continue.

«I’ve always enjoyed the automotive industry,» he says. «Even as a kid, I remember seeing the new models come out and getting excited about them.»

As that interest grew, Jim had guidance from two of the strongest mentors in the industry: his father, Tom Kelley, president of the Kelley Automotive Group; and his grandfather, the late Jim Kelley, who was the founder of the business.

«My father and grandfather offered me the knowledge that comes from their experience, which is invaluable,» Jim says. «And I’m still learning from my father all the time.»

Today, after seven years with the organization, Jim is the Vice President of Operations at Kelley Automotive Group, as well as General Manager of both Tom Kelley Cadillac Saab in Fort Wayne, and Courtesy Motors in Decatur.
