Had a Great experience at Kingdom Tattoos they were very nice and Friendly. It’s really cool in there pictures everywhere I love the atmosphere! My tattoo came out just like I expected it too! These guys have a fan in me. They treated me with so much respect even though i was just getting teeny tiny tattoos. Got me in and out. They are PERFECT. I’m so happy. I held in my happy tears until I got out of there. I’ll add photos soon. They were just what I needed.

I came here to get a tattoo from Kurt, who did another tattoo for me a few years back. The shop was spotless and everyone was friendly. I also like the location a lot; it’s easy to find and parking isn’t a pain.
Kurt’s work was great, of course… his ability to tattoo scenes from nature is especially impressive. I trust the guy 100% with my skin, so it’s a very stress free experience getting tattooed by him.

I got a tattoo from David a couple years ago, when he was at a shop in Gainesville. I walked in yesterday to see if he had time (he usually has to book a couple weeks in advance) and he worked me in to create my celebratory tattoo for finishing Paramedic school.
I walked in with an idea (the Star of Life with «something cool, maybe some geometry») and he came up with an incredible design.
He charges a fair rate ($ 150/​hour for custom work is not bad) and does fantastic work. I had the back of my right calf done, which is pretty rough, and he had just the right balance of work and break time so I could rest. The lines are straight, the dots are precise, and the shading is perfect.
The shop was *spotless* clean. Lots of awesome flash on the walls by all of the artists.
Highly recommend.

Kurt Fagerland is like the best tattoo artist of ALL TIME! Love, love, love the atmosphere of this shop. It gives off a super clean vibe, the music kicks it, and the artists are among some of the most creative I’ve ever met! I think most of the artists here charge about $ 100 – 150 per hour, but it’s SO worth it.

Got my very first tattoo at Kingdom Tattoo from Kurt Fagerland. The entire experience was excellent. Great environment and very professional. I gave Kurt little direction in hopes that he would just take the reins and he did not disappoint! He was very responsive to emails and questions and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I now have beautiful custom piece on my back that I am proud to show off. I am already thinking about my next tattoo.

Ryan, owner of Kingdom Tattoo, is one of *the* best tattooist in Atlanta and is my husband’s and my personal favorite. We first met him at Timeless Tattoo and he did a custom shoulder piece for my husband — we were a walk-​in and he spent about five hours designing and tattooing my hubby. He went beyond our expectation in both creativity and time spent (compared to other people at another shop my husband had gone to before). I decided I was ready for a tattoo earlier this year and we wanted Ryan to be the artist. We found out he opened his own shop in Decatur and made an appointment. His shop is clean, colorful, and super friendly. I came in with google pics, some jewelry that showed my style, and a basic description of what I wanted. He took everything into account and now I have a gorgeous custom tattoo. We’ve been back twice more, once for his Flash Party where we met some awesome tattoo enthusiasts while his new partner and apprentice banged out tats for eight hours — followed by drinks, a great band, and a fun party. My husband has gotten more ink from Ryan and is now working on his sleeve. All the people at Kingdom Tattoo are talented, creative, clean, steady-​handed, fun, and over all awesome tattooists that give you great ink and a great experience.

The long version is: While we were visiting ATL decided to check out the local tattoo shops on line. I looked at a lot of tattoos and that’s when I saw Kingdom Tattoo. The owner, Ray Weaver, had some amazing artwork, so we decided to stop by and take a look at the shop. This is where we met a wonderful artist named Austin. We arrived and were greeted by Austin who invited us to look around and as we did we found his album of work. We immediately loved his work and decided to talk with him and possibly have some work done. I knew exactly what I wanted, a star wars empire emblem, when I saw that he also had many star wars tattoos I knew he was the right person to do my emblem. My girlfriend knew, somewhat, what she wanted and asked if he could do a trinity with a sunburst. He drew a quick picture and she liked it and decided to have it done We made appointments for the next day. We came in to get our tattoos and Sunni had some concerns so we asked if he could show us exactly what his vision was of the piece. He sat down drew the trinity added a couple of lines and some shading then colored in the background and it was perfect. It seemed that he could see exactly what she was envisioning just by asking a very few questions he was able to draw out and change the pattern as he talked with her until it was just right. Austin was able to see what we wanted done and translate that to our skin with just as much perfection. As we sat for our tattoos he was able to carry on conversation with us and knew exactly what to say and when to say it so that we had a GREAT experience in the chair. We fully intend on returning in the near future to have more work done. We would trust any one of the great artists in that shop to tattoo us. They are all very personable, great artists and they care about the customer and the work they do. So if you happen to be in the area look up Kingdom Tattoos the guys there all do unbelievable work.

I started out a rather sizable tattoo over at Timeless Tattoo with Ryan. I came over to his new shop to finish it up and I have to say that working with Ryan was nothing but a fun experience. Even though my design wasn’t in Ryan’s specialty, he was excited to work with me. If you’re looking for the shop, it’s in the very front of the shopping center.
