Pretty good and great value for money. Good for once a year visit. Not bad tasting food.

I wonder what other reviewers are finding not to like about this restaurant! If you are a vegetarian you could have ignored the meat and fowl they offered at the start(no longer available at lunch – not sure about dinner) and eaten their vegetarian offerings. This is the same property that housed Udipi. The décor is now better, simple but clean and more cheerful than before. The variety of offerings at lunchtime buffet I much better, as is the quality of the food – better balance of spices and much less oily. Finally, the staff are much friendlier. They actually make an effort to find out if you’re satisfied with the food. And they even offer a point card. In every way I find this new restaurant an improvement over the old, yet the ok was rated 3.5 stars and this gets 2.5? Please come out and try it-especially for Sunday buffet, a great value at $ 8.99. Weekdays $ 6.99. My wife and I’ve been back more than fifteen times since they reopened. Hope some of you will, too.

You know the Indian restaurant where it is eerily quiet yet an overabundance of overattentive servers hover around your table just to fill up your water after each sip. This is that kind of place. No charm, no character, and subpar food. We went for the weekend buffet. Masala dosa and fresh naan were brought to the table which was a nice touch, but the buffet was not that great at all. The yellow dal dish was literally soup since all the lentils were out of the buffet dish and not replaced. While Chopaati next door was chaotic, it was dead quiet in Mysore Woodlands. That should have been our sign. The food was simply not good. To top off this very dull experience, we also had immediate tummy troubles soon after our meal. They are also in dire need of new flooring and quality paint. With Zyka, Luqma, and Gokul Sweets nearby, don’t waste your time and Immodiums.

Went for buffet yesterday and it was lackluster. Dosa was crispier, but the doughy naan went unconsumed. Watery Masala Paneer. Didn’t love anything. Doubtful I would return. ~

Ate here again — this time, with hubs on a Sunday afternoon. They have a buffet during the weekends, but I wanted to order a la carte as never ending food + my increasing weight is never a good choice. I ordered the paper masala dosa, and T ordered the rava dosa(plain). The chutney and sambar were so, SO good. Perfectly spiced and coconutty. The masala bhaji in my dosa wasn’t that great, so I left most of it. My paper dosa was GIGANTIC and every bit was incredibly crispy. I savored every bit of it. T’s rava dosa was equally crisp and really just very flavorful. I can’t wait to be back! Let’s keep this place alive, folks… I need it…
