Called him three days straight with no response. Sometimes you can’t work with a small business. Took car to a chain mechanic and they took care of me and discounted the cost.

Here’s the scenario: Dropped into Starbucks yesterday, ran in for some iced coffee, came out to a dead Acura TL. Tried my superficial remedy of jump starting — no dice. I knew it was the starter. I HATE dealing with car issues — mechanics can be extremely ruthless and overbearing — both in personality and in pricing. I did some research after walking home — decided to take a chance with Alex and Pro Technicians Mobile Auto Repair. I was stunned at the awesome price he quoted to come out to ME to assess and change the starter. He told me what time he would be there, I purchased my own refurbished starter, and Alex showed up right on time. Aside from being an extremely nice guy, he knew exactly what he was doing. Start to finish took 45 minutes — I was blown away. Plus he dolled out awesome car tips as he worked. Overall, I couldn’t believe how great an experience this was dealing with a mechanic. I’ve already decided I’m having him change out my timing belt and water pump — all at exceptional prices. Bravo Alex!

I have used ProTechnicians 4 times now for work on my Jaguar XF and Lincoln Aviator. In addition to the convenience of being mobile and him coming to me, I feel that his prices are much more reasonable than other work I have had done at auto shops or dealer service depts. Alex is responsive and extremely knowledgeable — I highly recommend ProTechnicians!
