STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you can be with your loved one daily, they will get little/​no attention from staff other than their medications. But even their management of medications is poor. My mother’s highly addictive controlled substance medication «ran out» recently since Sunrise failed to have it renewed in a timely manner. Sunrise let her lapse into hallucinations as she withdrew from her prescribed dosage. No one called me to tell me this happened (I live 2500 miles away). When I called them, they tried to shift the blame to her primary care physician for not renewing the prescription in time (we are paying a separate medication management daily fee, yet they are unable to manage the prescriptions).
The culture is one of «deny, cover-​up, blame». No one accepts responsibility for anything, which can make for a dangerous home for your loved one.
Enter at your own risk. This is a publicly traded, for-​profit company that seems to put dollars above the well being of their residents. Look elsewhere.
