I enjoy every Sunday in this house of worship. if you don’t have a place to call your church home please come and join us. House of Hope has given me hope. Always feel different when I enter this building. Thank God for powerful place like this. Choir is awesome and the pastor was sent by God just for us Hope to see you next Sunday..

Beautiful temple, amazing choir in the true tradition of the Southern Black Baptist Church. Congregation is warm and friendly. This was my first visit and the sermon was delivered by Minister Reginald Sharpe Jr. Although he is not the Pastor(E Dewey Smith Jr. is), Minister Sharpe delivered a truly inspired service entitled«Still I Rise». It was in tribute to Sister Maya Angelou who passed away on 5÷28÷14. The sermon was based on Acts 3:2−8. The spiritual interpretation of scripture was highly motivating, uplifting and filled with hope!

I absolutly Love this Church, I didnt want to go at first cause since the big move to Atlanta i havnt really found a church home that Ive really liked, went with my aunt who came to visit from Las Vegas. She had been telling mew about Pastor Dewey Smith for a coople of yerars now, he has been to her church for retreats. Long story short I went I loved it and I have been back 3 times already.

This is less of a review for the church and more for the Georgia Renaissance Project since it’s based here. No big tips, just one of the best small independent theaters in the Atlanta area. It’s run by Michael Cole who has been a working actor for thirty years and has been in many the feature television series and film and not in small parts. Check it out, it’s inexpensive and well worth it.
