It must be in the DNA, or I just have bad luck with boiler guys. This is another boiler guy that sucked for me.
I’ll give you the run down.
I call, «scott» answers. Says he’ll be right over. I wait. He no shows.
I call to check in, he doesn’t answer.
I call again the next day, ‘Scott’ says his phone died and says he’ll be over at a certain time. I re-​arrange my schedule to meet him. He no shows.
I call to check in, he doesn’t answer.
I call again the next day, ‘Scott’ says he got confused with another call that he thought was me.
We schedule again, guess what? He no shows again.
If you decide to use him and he doesn’t show up the first time. Just find another guy, cuz this guy sucks.
I got to believe any good reviews of this guy has to be family or friends.

These guys are the best! My boiler failed during the the blizzard of 2015, and I had no heat. The first guys I called said the repairs would cost close to 2000 $. Scott literally saved me that day! Came over, fixed the boiler in 10 minutes, all 250 $. Big difference no? Now I’m warm and comfortable. Scott is an honest, pleasant, courteous man whom I would recommend to my friends every time.

These guys are great! After my boiler stoops worker on a Sunday, I tried calling some of the bigger companies in the area with no help. Scott was out here first thing Monday morning and fixed the problem quickly while taking the time to explain the boiler to me. I asked him about it because I’ve never had oil heating before. I will definitely use them anytime I need any work on the boiler, and I will recommend them to all my friends.

My Burnham steam boiler needed to be replaced — I called in the morning and spoke with Scott — I asked when the job could be done — he told me that he would come over that same day and replace it. He gave me a fair price during that call. And arrived with the new boiler within a few hours. I highly recommend Scott and the quality of his knowledge and workmanship

These guys are great!
My oil furnace stopped working on New Years day and I could not get ANYONE to come to my home to service my oil furnace. The very next day I found Boston Boiler on the Better Business Bureau website. I called Boston Boiler (1−508−250−1196) at 7:00 am and ended up going to voicemaiI. Though I did not leave a message «Scott» called me back immediately from his missed-​calls list. He arrived at my home an hour later and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. I found Scott to be very professional & courteous and I probably will use his services again in the future.
