We specialize in helping women transform. We have a complete, balanced approach to fitness, based on 4 principles: Weight Training, High Intensity Interval Training Cardio, Nutrition, and Accountability. Get In Shape For Women is a great program for busy women who need – and want – the accountability we offer. We do not accept everyone into our program because we want to make sure the women we bring on are serious about transforming and are ready to commit to showing up at least three times a week (appointments are scheduled for each member) and are ready and willing to be held accountable to reach their goals. We are dedicated to helping women feel better, look better, and be healthier – no matter if you weigh 100 pounds and need to build muscle and bone density, or you weigh 300 and need to lose 150 pounds. Our team cares about your goals!
History
Established in 2011.
Get In Shape For Women began in the Boston area when Brian Cook (President and CEO) opened one studio geared toward women’s transformation. Get In Shape For Women has grown tremendously in the past six or seven years, with the majority of our studios located in the greater Boston area, but branching out into New England and even further. We have 100+ studios now, including in the Midwest, in the South, in California and Florida.
