I wanted to like this location. The staff was friendly but mislead us on pricing. We agreed verbally on a rate, but on payout we were charged much higher. Tgey were not willing to stand on tgeir word and correct it. It was a long rental — so it caught us off-​guard. Unfortunate. Get your quote in writing.

I have had numerous great experiences, and no bad experiences for that fact. Renting a car is ideal for me, yearly during my long family trips (why put all of the miles on our cars). This Hertx has always had friendly employees and is extremely easy to get too, right on Route 109 in Dedham… which is really why I go there. Enterprise in Westwood is also good, yet it normally takes me a lot longer to get there with the Everett St /​University Ave traffic. Plus, this car rental place has never let me down, they always have had good cars and good rates.

This is the second time I’ve rented at this location and both times were positive experiences.
They’re in a convenient location in Dedham, give rides if necessary and are proactive in assisting the customer.
Last week, I was involved in an accident with my vehicle and needed a rental asap, as my job is car dependent.
I was injured and stressed out and Matt, one of the managers, ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-​free. The young man who drove the car up for me, was also kind and accomodating; showed me some of the vehicle’s quirks and ensured I had a snow brush in the event of inclement weather.
Overall a positive experience.

This place sits right next store to Bridge Street Autobody, making it even more convenient to get your car repaired here. The staff is friendly and helpful and gets you in a car quickly and on your way. They even give you a special deal if you are getting your car repaired next store. I would defintely recommend this place for car rentals and great service!
