We use jeffs every winter when we travel. Always beautiful, clean cars & great drivers. On time and professional. Great for early morning ride to Logan. Our car always waiting and warm when we return to Logan. Even when our return flight has been delayed. Jeffs is there waiting when we come out of terminal. It’s a great feeling, wouldn’t dream of using another service.
Side note: they provide bottled water & mints nice touch! Cars and drivers always classy

We hired Jeffs for my wedding. A white limo, black one and a party bus. They were super clean and in excellent condition. The drivers were all on time and dressed so professionally. We were very happy with all the services they provided on our big day. Thank you Jeff’s!

I had driven by the cars outside for a while. I loved the BMW so I wanted to check it out for our wedding. I knocked and knocked finally someone came to the door. I was led in and not brought to an office to the right but to the left. In that room was Jeff on a couch watching tv. He did not get up did not put his shoes on. It was very unprofessional. He gave me very high rates for a small job. I went somewhere else that was much more professional and customer service friendly.

I found Jeff’s about a year and a half ago when I moved to Dedham and wanted a local car service to take me in and out of the airport so I wouldn’t have to disturb family members. I have to say Jeff’s has to be the most reliable, convenient and friendly service I have encountered. They are reasonably priced and I would definitely use them for future travels. Highly Recommend!!!

First time user. Used for Airport pickup and Airport drop off. This service was pretty much what I expected from a car service. I gave it 4 stars instead off 5 for some very very minor picky details. I would use this service again and would highly recommend it.
Dispatch was very good and even changed pickup time without a problem.
They were very nice when making reservation.
Drivers were excellent and asked about car temp, do you want water, do you want quiet or music, etc…
Minor: water was warm, should be cold.
Both drivers took scenic routes and not most direct, It was nice, but could be an issue for some passengers. I would be sure to tell driver how you want to go (fastest, scenic, etc…).

They are always on-​time, proffessional, and accomodating. Their fleet consists of new cars in great condition with competent, friendly drivers. The office staff are very kind and responsive to meet your needs. One less thing to worry about!
