I have heard from many clients that I «go the extra mile». By that they usually mean that I take the time to explore other options that previous technicians did not, often resulting in the resurrection of a damaged computer or the recovery of «unrecoverable» data.

There’s also the quality of work and parts. When I build a computer or replace parts, I always make sure to keep abreast of the latest in tech — ensuring that the client’s computer has the most cost effective and reliable parts.

There’s nothing more gratifying than hearing someone so excited and pleased that their computer has been repaired or their data has been recovered. I’ve had one client from Australia make me a gift basket of Australian treats, another crying mother who almost lost ALL of her baby pictures make me a chocolate pie, and countless thank you letters. It really feels great that I was able to do something that someone else said couldn’t be done.

Chris was amazing! He looked in my pc to find my less than one year old laptop’s HD was dying. He gave me a few options to consider, one of them was to get a new better laptop. He was very honest with his assessment and never tried to sell me additional work. I ended up buying a new laptop and he was able to do a data transfer from my old laptop to my new one.
Chris answered my questions promptly and I will 100% use Chris in the future with anything pc related.
