I have a passion for cars. I opened this business in 1987 to help car owners upgrade their cars audio systems and also help protect those vehicles with state of the art security systems. The business has now grown now to custom audio systems, custom radar systems, lighting, security and remote starts. No job is too big or too small. We look forward to help you with any of your needs.

Very happy with the work they did and it was cheaper than best buy. Got a Viper alarm/​starter and was really impressed about the range. I actually could start it from my unit in a concrete/​brick apartment building. No more freezing in the morning and now feel better if someone tries to break in. Spend more and get a 2 way so you know its working.
Need a ride home? They suggested über and thats what i used to get back in forth.

i was sick and bored of the factory radio till it died the amp under seat sucks anyways I went to a few shops asking if they can install an after market radio and rear speakers on my 03 saab 93 most shop quoted me $ 1500 -$ 2000! and BEST BUY said its impossible to install a radio on it
well i was about to give up till i went to precision sound i spoke with john he was nice and straight forward told me he will install the a kenwood radio with alpine 6×9 speakers in rear and wire the dash speakers that was fine by me as i really didnt worry about the steering wheel pre sets or the sid. dropped the car at around 10am the older guy was the one who did the work on the car perhaps hes the owner he never introduced himself never greets, so i went for a walk and stopped by Mcdonalds for breakfast about 2 hours later i went back to the shop i asked how they are doing never cared to explain, i waited another hour and a half in the shop i asked the big guy if they were done after he walked into the counter looks like he doesnt like to talk much, again never explained what they did just told me had to pay $ 15 more out of no where
fine i paid and stood in my car for about 20 mins checking out the radio and listening to the sound of the alpine speakers they are great really dont need an amp or sub the single din kenwood radio was nice love the bluetooth and the mic above the visor BUT after i left in the middle of the road i notice the SID cover was lose could not clip back in on the rear side walls left stain sure its an old car but they should have cleaned that off.

Not a bad little shop. I have had them put in remote starters for my last two cars. They did a good neat job at a reasonable price.
They lose some rank though because I don’t feel like the owner appreciated my business. He is never really friendly or enthusiastic.

After 3 visits to this shop my car left the exact same way I brought it to them, with out a satellite radio. The satellite radio worked fine but it caused a very poor connection with my factory Bluetooth. The young guy worked hard to figure out the issue, exchanged parts, called the company tech support etc but in the end they said they could not figure out the issue and had to refund me my money. Through all my visits the owner nor his co-​worker helped the guy working on my car and during my first visit the gentlemen had to repeatedly stop working on my car to answer the phone and help walk-​in customers while the owner was outside socializing with friends. I found everyone in the shop to be friendly but that’s really the only positive. Also, after my last visit I found three different areas that had been scratch up on the interior of my car do to their sloppy work.

I’ve often thought of stereo installation places as one of the easiest places to get ripped off, so I was a little concerned when my girlfriend went off to get her remote starter repaired. She went to two other places that insisted her unit was broken and she would need a new one ($ 300). Precision Sound, however, was honest and straightforward and were able to repair it for an amazing price. Who would have thought that a girl could go to a stereo shop and not get ripped off, let alone get a great deal with no dishonest «upsell.»
Kudos to these guys for being honest and honorable in a dishonest industry. I’ll recommend them and use them for any future car stereo/​installation needs…

I kinda got burned going there last month, the scruffy looking guy, who told me he owned the place is very rude and a dumb ass. was told by neighbors there that the Place was much better before the original owner got sick and sold it.

WOW! I gotta give these guys props .Just for being good guys. I went to have my alarm disconnected. It didnt take long. It didnt take much effort. But thats not the point .He could’ve charged me and simply didn’t.
I’ve found that a business that’s not greedy has the most reasonable prices for their efforts. I cant speak for Margo C. But GPS systems seem to confuse everybody at some time or another. I also find it helps to be NICE! to your laborer. No One wants to be treated like somebodys female dog if you know what i mean.
Thank Precision for not wasting my time or effort.

I had a navigation system installed here. The staff did not tell me anything I needed to know about installation, and in turn I had to make 5 trips to this place. I went to a professional because I don’t know a thing about installation, and they failed to provide that information. When I went to Krank it Up instead, they informed me of a messy installation, and that I had been ripped off. Go to Krank it Up instead.
