Superior customer service! I had a rather complicated question about a past transaction; and the person who I spoke on the phone with went above and beyond in order to help me out! Logging in and writing a good review(from Los Angeles) was the least I could do to repay her help.

I didn’t like this UO as much as the ones at Newbury St or Harvard Square. It just didn’t seem to have much selection, which was a major bummer since I wanted to buy some nice new clothes for my newly trimmer frame. the first time I could buy clothes at Urban Outfitters and there was nothing I wanted to buy. But your mileage may vary.

this is perhaps the smallest UO i’ve ever been in and it lacks that broken-glass, grungy rock star atmosphere i’ve come to appreciate from the typical UO store(perhaps i am too familiar with the ones in harvard square and newbury street). but this one is TINY. the women’s selection left much to be desired– jewelry was a mere stand near the register. the house wears and sale section were sadly tiny as well. this is the UO for yuppies(all cleaned up and too afraid to blast that music). i think it’s the location– legacy place is refined and very nice. this UO fits in here, but it’s not what you expect when you think of UO.

Like other Urban Outfitters, this location is spacious, well-stocked and patroled by helpful but unintrusive staff. It’s about the same size as the Harvard Square or Newbury Street locations, but the layout was somehow more reasonable and there were more places to sit down. Oh, and with the parking of the Legacy Place garage right nearby, they make it easy to get to. It’s a hip place, with clothing, gifts and home décor that walk the tightrope between classy and funky. If you pick some things up here and supplement with Crate & Barrel, you’ll have an apartment full of functional conversation pieces.

I agree with Tara — I was in awe of how friendly and helpful that staff here was. This Urban is a bit smaller than the one on Newbury, but it’s well organized. I came in looking for certain items I saw in San Fran, but just didn’t have room in my suitcase to buy. One of the staff members scoured the entire store for what I was looking for. I’ve never been helped to this extent at UO. Very impressive!

I went to this Urban for the first time yesterday and while I was there, I immediately thought«is this one on Unilocal?» This new Urban is really nice and feels much better organized than other Urbans I’ve been to. The woman’s sale rack, as usual, was a little disheveled, but it was MUCH better than the one in Fan Hall or the ones in CA I’ve visited. Also, the staff… was actually nice, friendly, AND helpful. I was shocked. Usually I avoid the staff at UO because I feel like, not well dressed enough or hip enough to be in their presence, but practically every single employee in the store was actually friendly and pleasant. I doubly appreciate that considering it’s the holiday season and, from experience, I can say that working retail blows. I definitely recommend this Urban — hopefully it says this awesome even after the Honeymoon period.
