Water’s Edge Bagels & Breads specializes in bagels and artisan breads. Our bagels are traditionally water boiled and are loaded with many different toppings. We also offer a line of stuffed breads, like our Thyme Bomb stuffed with onion and fresh thyme, or our Smokin’ Bandito stuffed with black bean chili, mexican cheeses and smoked jalapeño peppers. We also have scrumptious lemon blueberry or rhubarb walnut muffins. Baguettes and Guinness Stout loaves are also available. Sausage peppers & onion Gondolina, Pizza specials and frozen pizza dough. Breakfast & lunch specials are always on the menu.

History

Established in 2003.

Moving from Jersey to Deer Isle in 2000, we found there was a lack of good bread available. Before we moved we starting working with different bagel recipes until we achieved what we think is the best bagel we have ever sunken our teeth into. Many of our customers on vacation from NY tell us how good our bagels are. Our roots and tastes were formed in NJ and we wanted to bring that same quality with us to Maine.
