Nice people. Unfortunately they were unable to locate our vacuum part so I cant give a complete rating. I can say that they called within two days of dropping it off to advise me that they could not help. No charge.

My vacuum stopped working and I brought it into Charlie Vacs to get an estimate for a repair. I had been to another store and received a quote for over $ 400.00 to fix my vacuum (the other store owner tried to convince me to buy a new vacuum which he said would only cost me $ 50 more than the repair). Charlie wasn’t aware that I had received another quote. He looked at the machine and said he had a good idea what was wrong and that he would call me back the next day to give me an estimate before proceeding with the repair. Charlie’s estimate came in at $ 135.00 (versus $ 400.00 from the other store). I had Charlie go ahead and fix the vacuum (he had it back to me the next day) and it has been working fine ever since! Charlie is an honest businessman, very accommodating and does excellent repair work. I recommend Charlie Vacs highly!
