History

Established in 2014.

Gabriel A. Minotti and his twin brother Anthony J. Minotti founded Minotti Construction in 1953 out of Bridgeport, Connecticut. With a passion for perfection and attention to detail, their company flourished in commercial construction. Gabriel and Anthony, visionaries in their profession, saw the opportunity for residential growth in South Florida. They packed up their families and the business, and they moved from maple trees to palm trees.

Gabriel passed on more than a namesake to son Gabe Jr., who continued the family tradition of excellence in building and remodeling. Likewise, in 2013, Gabe III joined Gabe Jr., and the two launched another successful business, Minotti Design & Remodeling. Both father and son have different professional backgrounds, creating synergy in interior renovations. Gabe Jr. has years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, and Gabe III has a background in engineering and a proficiency in layout and design. Their business, based out of D
