Love this place! It’s quiet and gorgeous inside and outside. Just moved to FL so it was a big scary move for me but the staff is so friendly and efficient that it just felt like home, especially Skylar. Happy with my choice!

I lived here in a ¹⁄₁ and I have to say I really love this neighborhood. It’s clean and very safe. This place has gone through a lot of management and I have to say the new manager Skylar is the best onsite manager ever. When I needed my dishwasher fixed she told me it would be within a certain time and the maintenance crew came at designated time. Little things like this made me very happy to know if I needed help with something pertaining to my apartment it would get done and I wouldn’t have to call numerous times. The pool is always we’ll maintained and the gym is open 24hours for a people with busy lifestyles. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a pristine apartment complex with luxurious amenities and the best community manager anyone can ever ask for. Thank You for everything!!!

When i first moved from Puerto Rico to Deerfield Beach, Fl, we did our research online and found this place. The apartment we got was a ~700 sqft non renovated 1 bedroom (but still looked good) so it was more affordable ~ a little less than 1k. I did however notice that this is one of BH managements that is on the higher cost end but so are most apartments in coconut creek/​deerfield beach/​boca raton area. We never encountered lack of parking space, bug, neighbor issues and if we had any maintenance request, it would be taken care of the next day. I loved the fact that although it is not a gated community, there really was no need for it to be gated per se because the area is pretty safe. The location is very centric… having deerfield mall, boca town center, boca hospital and coconut creek nearby. Loved theWhen i lived there, there was a bit of a problem with non residents coming to hang out at the jacuzzi area but besides that there were no break-​in issues or otherwise. They renovated the outside (painted) and when we were leaving they were working on renovating the gym, and clubhouse. We were there when property management changed to BH Management and i gotta say they are on top of their game, especially Angela and Milena… they were very helpful and just awesome. This is why when my NOW fiancée got a job in Tampa Bay and we had to move, we transferred to a sister property of BH management. We still miss Deerfield Beach, our apartment there and its centric location.

Currently living here now with my boyfriend and we couldn’t be happier!
Unlike most apartment complexes in the area this one is the smallest and not gated! (Which we love)
Each building has 8 rooms 4 on top 4 on bottom, all private front doors!
Each building backs up to a little lake (there are multiple lakes) and these lakes are teeming with life! From fish to turtles to a hawk who lives in a near by tree!
It’s located in a an adorable neighborhood.
The neighborhood and community is a very laid back, quite, and relaxing one. Given most people work your 9 – 5 jobs, it’s very tranquil to come home after a long day!
We go bike riding all the time, so many parks within the neighborhood it perfect!
The one bedroom apartments have a great flow to them. Very open if decorated correctly.
When it comes to decorating your outside space the only thing that isn’t allowed are fences and all plants must be potted but that’s fine with us! Other than that you can turn your backyard into paradise!
Parking was an issue at first. Too many people not enough spots. Right around 9 you can assume there will be no more spots. Lucky for us there are car ports so we bought one of those and use it religiously!
Maintenence and Staff get a A++ from us! The Manager had me sold just by how awesome she was!
Any problem you have with your apt. Have no fear maintenence usually reasons that day!
