Elemental OM Yoga & Meditation Studio

I love Elemental Om.
I have been practicing yoga at home since April and was looking for a local studio to join but was anxious about choosing the right one. I didn’t want to go to a place where I felt competition to be better or like I was being pushed, but I really wanted the community aspect and guidance of a teacher that a studio can provide. I found Elemental Om through GroupOn. I read some reviews and figured since it was by my house, I’d give it a try.
I started going to Elemental Om about two months ago and am very happy. I’ve had classes with a lot of different instructors and have definitely found some that I like more than others. They offer a good variety of classes, different levels and different focuses, and that appeals to me. My favorites are yin and warm and yummy yoga.
Pamela has a great spirit. Everyone is warm and welcoming, but the one class with her, I felt like she puts in the effort to really sit and talk with you and make a connection. I enjoyed the one class I had with her, but haven’t had the chance to take more with her. She’s focused a little more on meditation at this time and my schedule doesn’t allow for the work that that class demands.
Deanna who teaches yin is amazing. She really gets to know your body and helps you fully engage in the stretches. Brooke, who teaches the Warm and Yummy class that I enjoy, is fun and engaging. She keeps the class moving, but also lighthearted. She usually has a quote or theme for class and I really enjoy that part.
I’m really glad that GroupOn led me to this studio and I have purchased a membership after my groupon ran out. I’d highly recommend it for people looking for a studio where you won’t feel intimidated and one that will help you grow the spiritual parts of your practice.

I decided to give Elemental Om a try with the beginners pass ($ 47 — 3 classes per week for a month) this past August. It didn’t take but 3 classes to realize that joining the studio on a more permanent basis (12 months) with a guru pass ($ 57 for unlimited classes per month) was the way to go.
The moment you step your feet into the entrance of the studio, you will feel like you’ve been transported to an oasis of relaxation and calm. They make the extra effort to create a beautifully appointed and welcoming environment. It smells wonderful too! :)
While Pamela (the owner) teaches a fair number of the classes offered, she has assembled a variety of teachers offering a wide variety of classes: hatha yoga, hot yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and the list goes on. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, you will find classes that meet your needs. Each teacher is knowledgable and experienced and brings their own wonderful personality to the class. Elemental Om also offers many workshops and specialty classes in addition to their normal schedule.
I have a gym membership (Tri Health) and while yoga classes are offered, a yoga studio offers what a gym just can’t. It’s a different experience altogether, worth paying that extra cost per month. I like to think of it as an investment in my well being. And that, is priceless.

Elemental OM is a wonderful studio and community of people. Very welcoming and non-​intimidating for people new to yoga. They meet you exactly where you are in your practice and give you the tools to make it your own! I am so grateful for this studio.

I had a lovely experience at elemental om today! Laura taught a restorative yoga class that was really great. At the end I felt so relaxed and wonderful. A beautiful space with nice vibes. I will be back!

I love elemental om! I am a teacher in training here and am so thankful I chose to go through the process here at this studio. I absolutely love Pam and all the wonderful souls that come in and out of this studio. The studio has a «welcome-​home» feeling as it offers tea and kind, supportive energy (and to me that is the ultimate gesture of warmth and welcome.) thanks elemental om for being a support to me throughout ytt, I easily recommend this studio to anyone.

I asked the person who runs this studio for directions because i felt the email i got was a little confusing and her response was less than what i would expect from a yoga teacher– she then said she «couldnt serve me» and that i was demanding and difficult. This makes me question the environment at this yoga studio.

I was in town for a week and wanted to keep up my yoga routine. This studio was everything I could have wanted and entirely welcoming. I did not feel out of place at all for being a short-​term newcomer either from the teachers or other students. The studio is beautifully decorated and truly calming. The instructors were excellent — though could push the students a little more — but just the right mix of new and standard. A truly wonderful studio. Now I wish I could find one more like it at home!

Been a student here for about 18 months and I love it!!! It’s a true yoga studio: very relaxing, calm and grounding. I LOVE my Wed night class with Deanna! It’s a mix of meditation, Yin yoga and Reiki. Elemental Om is a gem in Cincinnati!

Pamela Quinn’s beautiful new studio is a jewel of a gift to Montgomery. I love the Lebanon studio, too. I am into yoga again-​the friendliness, encouragement, and level of knowledge is the absolute best! Highly recommended.

I really like Elemental Om. I’ve started taking a weekly class and find it an unpretentious and comfortable atmosphere. Prior to visiting Elemental Om (I bought Groupons to get me motivated), I’d been to two different locations of another local yoga studio, which are everything Elemental Om is not. I didn’t feel comfortable at those locations and felt the instructor for the one class I took was too fussy, making me even more uncomfortable. I haven’t’ felt that way at Elemental Om at all. I definitely recommend it, especially as a beginner.

Pamela does it again! She is expanding her business to Cincinnati from Lebanon. It’s so much closer now that I have no excuse not to show up regularly.
Pamela really has put together a warm, inviting environment that is also peaceful, but allows for the flow of energy. She also has assembled an amazing team at this location. There are tons of cool classes, seminars, etc. Anything you may want to be exposed to in your search for mind/​body health and wellness you will find here.
They offer package deals and even if you are a beginner, you will be welcomed in with open arms. They have mats, bolsters, blankets, etc. so if you want to try it on before you commit to a regular schedule, you won’t have to go without.
A big selling point for them is their 28 day cleanse which is wildly successful. It really transforms your mental health and your physique. It’s designed to start gradually and build up to the more challenging parts, so don’t be afraid, it’s not like being pushed into the deep end.
They have a small shop with plenty of neat items you can peruse, from books to natural bath and beauty products to clothing and jewelry.
