History

Established in 2003.

We stared out in downtown DeKalb in 2003 as Snare Systems. Since then we have grown from doing computer repair and webhosting into a Local IT Department. As we have continued to develop so has our name. As we continue to be an Internet Marketing Department for our clientele we have out grown our name as well. We branded a shield and wrench as our logo and the name Armor began more appropriate as we have become a tougher IT Department. Now the company has grown into Armor Tech and Repair Shop, Armor Marketing and Design and Secure Hosting System. We are repairing our customer’s computers, phone, general electronics; we are taking care of their internet marketing needs; and we are hosting their website and email.

Meet the Manager

David G.

Manager

I grew up working with electronics. I have a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics. When I am not work on consulting projects I am in one of my shops repair computers, dc jack repairs, general electronics, cell phones, game consoles, building servers and networks, and working on expanding my internet market department through my custom web design, web hosting, and graphic design, search engine optimization, PPC campaigns, and email marketing. I run Armor Technologies that is a local outsourced IT department for home users and small to medium size businesses.

I am part of a number of organizations from 6 chambers of commerce, Sycamore Rotarian, DeKalb Mason, Shriners and on a few boards in the area. The rest of my time goes to my wife Lena, and sons Jack and Owen.
