History

Established in 2014.

After working in the telecommunications industry for years, Ryan and Raul decided that customers had more need for service and repairs with the great wave of emerging technology. This led to the idea of how to create a business that would help customers when other options may not have been available. In 2014 was the grand opening of the Rockford, IL location. With much hard work and dedication, the Dekalb, IL store opened to serve you. With the great support to local businesses, the expansion of Certified Phone Repair will continue, and two more locations are scheduled to be open before the end of 2015.

Ryan and Raul are the co-​owners of Certified Phone Repair currently serving the Rockford and Dekalb areas. They have extensive experience in the wireless phone industry and previous business ownership. Both know that owning a small local business means that customer satisfaction is more important than anything else and solving our customers device repair needs quickly and professionally is a high priority.
