Danielle Macias is the owner of Lashes to Lashes, a boutique that specializes in Eyelash Extensions and Permanent Makeup. Lashes to Lashes is not a misnomer but is symbolic of one’s passion for the art of Eyelash Extensions.

Lashes to Lashes first began in 2010 as a creative outlet for Danielle and a year later she turned her passion into a full time profession. She is known for applying San Diego’s prettiest Eyelash Extensions and creating the most natural-​looking Permanent Makeup services. Her passion for the art as well as her professionalism and attention to detail has enabled her to build a loyal clientele. Through her skilled artistry and attuned sensitivity to the needs of her clients, Danielle has created a relaxing spa environment where you can de-​stress while she performs the beauty treatments. If I could give a 5-​star rating to this establishment every time I visited it– I absolutely would. The setting– it’s like a spa: clean, beautifully decorated, relaxing. The customer service– so professional, courteous and friendly. The product– absolutely beautiful, whispy, light and fluffy lashes. Danielle is meticulous and a perfectionist who takes her time to create beautiful lashes. Jessi is so lovely and kind. They have accommodated me and my sister numerous times. I will never go anywhere else. Definitely worth the splurge!

Yet another wonderful service which is very shy about its Exact Location.
Lashes to Lashes on Jimmy Durante Boulevard is just south of the Del Mar fairgrounds, past the San Dieguito Lagoon (no, really — it’s the wetlands preserve name).
The tricky bit is that it’s the south building of a two-​building complex, accessible only at the end of a V-​shaped driveway.
So, you enter the drive, drive west to the end, make a left, and drive to the south building, which is 2002.
L2L is on the ground floor on the left, almost immediately after you enter the complex. If you see «Jodie K. Schuller & Associates,» it’s the office just to the left of that. The business logo, just above the door handle, is admittedly tiny.
The studio is immaculate, with a small waiting room and two treatment rooms, all of which are tastefully decorated. There’s always a warm scent of spice and honey from the artisanal candles in the salon.
Danielle Macias is a beautiful, intelligent woman who definitely knows her business. I saw her for a microblading consultation (age has left me nearly eyebrow-​less), and she did a wonderful job with shaping what my new eyebrows would look like. Amazing what a difference eyebrows make to your face. She is a good listener and a skilled technician, willing to work with a client’s wishes, all the while keeping the result natural-​looking. She’s also very good at establishing genuine rapport (e.g., we both love dogs).
I was also impressed that Ms. Macias keeps abreast of current trends and progress in her field. She attends conferences and seminars so that she is up-​to-​date on the latest techniques. I look forward to seeing her for my first microblading treatment in january 2016.

Lashes to Lashes is a superior place to get brow microblading done! I am so happy with my natural looking brows that are now Demi-​permanent and no longer need to be filled in daily with my brow pencil and shadow brush! Danielle is a true professional and perfectionist at this treatment. If you are looking for a treatment that will turn back the clock of youth, this along with lashes will do the trick! I had my brows micro bladed. I was a tad nervous! The shop itself is darling! Super chic and very professional. Danielle was as sweet as can be! She answered all of my questions and I felt extremely comfortable! My brows are still healing, however, I love them already! She is an artist! I LOVE the ladies at L2L! Not only is the space adorable and chic, they are absolutely amazing at each and every service they provide. Jessi is so knowledgeable about the entire lash process and really makes you feel confident in not only the application, but the home care as well. And Danielle did mircoblading on my brows and I’m in love! I receive so many compliments, but they are done so well, no one can tell they are not mine! I definitely recommend booking all your beauty needs with these very talented ladies!

I have been getting my lashes done for YEARS! So I’m really picky about my lashes! I have had a few different lash artists over the years. I found Danielle because I was unhappy with my lash artist at the time. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, did a meticulous job, and pampered me a little (I deserve a little pampering). I found everything I needed at L2L! Danielle does such a wonderful job. If you are looking for great service, please look no further! Not only is she great, she’s not crazy expensive! She doesn’t charge per lash like some places. She just fills you in and makes you beautiful! And her lashes LAST!
Recently she has added permanent makeup to her repertoire. She did «microblading» on my eyebrows and it has literally changed my life. I used to have to draw, powder, gel my brows daily, which is time consuming. And when I wasn’t wearing brows, I felt ugly! Thanks to Danielle, I wake up with brows! If I’m running late, I don’t have to worry about the extra time it takes to do brows because that’s my bottom line… I don’t leave home without them! Now, a little brow gel to hold them in place, and I’m out the door! There really isn’t a price you can put on waking up with that kind of confidence! Thanks SO much Danny!

If I could give the ladies at L2L 100 stars, I absolutely would! This is the only place you need to go to receive the most beautiful set of eyelashes ever.
I have been a frequent and avid eyelash extension customer, and this place is by far the best place I have ever been to.
I love love love their salon!!! Being a nurse, I have tendencies to always want everything to be clean, and this salon goes above and beyond that. I love coming here after a long shift after work, the ambiance is just so relaxing: from the rooms all the way down to the music that they play.
They have been so accommodating with my crazy work schedule, and I always look forward to coming here!

We just moved to the Del Mar area and I need to find all new beautification spots ;) While exploring the area, my husband drove past this shop and thought it looked like «my kind of place». I looked up the Unilocal reviews and was impressed with the five star rating, so I booked an appt for eyebrows and lash extension consult, which I did the next week. I absolutely love my brows and my lashes!!! Danielle and Ashley are fantastic. I also came back and did Derma-​planing with Erin. She really knows her stuff when it comes to skin. I will definitely be back to see her for my monthly facials. And a quick shout out to Jay, the scheduling God. He is so warm and inviting, and his top priority is making sure the client leaves happy. I love this place!

The lashes, the location, the atmosphere and the talented employees are great! I was referred by my step-​mom and she and I have become lash-​aholics! The work these women do is amazing — top of the line extensions, different types/​shapes to best suit your face, and the speed and accuracy of their work is nothing short of fantastic. Update 8÷14÷14: I had my lashes done by Noelle last Tuesday and they are amazing. Very full and they have fixed the issue with lashes falling off by purchasing new glue that stands up to the humidity! I also had dermaplaning with Erin the same day. I was a dermaplane newbie and now I am hooked. My face is smooth and glowing.

I absolutely love coming to L2L Advanced Skincare! Their lash artists are THE BEST is town and my lashes last and look great for over 4 weeks! I also see Ashley for all my skincare needs. Her custom peels are amazing and my skin looks so good I hardly ever wear foundation. The staff is sweet and accommodating, they really care. Love this place!

I recently moved from out of state, and found Lashes to Lashes on the nova lash site. I’ve had a bad lash job before, so I was extremely nervous about going somewhere new. I called in desperate need of a fill and quick! They were able to squeeze me in the next morning.
I got my lashes filled from Channing. She was really sweet and she did an amazing job. Since I was a new client with previous lashes still on, someone else also came in after she was done to just take another look at it. Channing even took the time to personally write me a little note and mail it to my home.
The only reason lashes to lashes lost a star was because they didn’t ask me how long or thick I wanted my lashes to be. I usually wear 13 or 14 in length, and 2s in thickness. They went ahead and put 9 – 12 on, and a half of a thickness size. I asked when she was halfway done, and she gave me the reason why which seemed legit, but I’ve been wearing lashes for over 2 years so I knew how much my lashes could hold. I guess I should’ve asked or said something before she started, but I assumed since I had previous lashes on, she would’ve mentioned something.

Lashes To Lashes is a girl’s beautiful best friend!
I received a full set of lashes from the talented Ashley and I’m absolutely addicted to them now. I can wake up and not do a thing to my face and be ready to go. It’s the most liberating beauty experience! I recommend lashes to anyone who is sick of putting on layer after layer of mascara or is too tired to take off their make up at night. With these lashes I’ve been going completely bare faced and it’s been amazing!
The skin treatments at Lashes To Lashes are also amazing. I received the refreshing Vitamin C facial and my skin has never looked brighter. I can’t wait to try more of their skincare procedures, all customized to you and your skin and performed with the highest skill level and knowledge.

I get my lashes done by the amazingly talented and incredibly sweet Ashley. I’ve had so many friends get lashes done and have had problems that cause them to have to subsequently have them removed, but I can swear by Ashley that she does the best job ever. My lashes always look like perfection and feel great or even undetectable that they’re even on. I wake up and look great… thank you Ashley and the team at Lashes to Lashes! You’re the best!
