My name is Sherry and I started my own health journey 10 years ago when I signed up for a 3yr nutritional therapy course. I instantly fell in love with complementary medicine and continued on to receive training in a number of modalities including colonic irrigation, reiki, oriental medicine and massage therapy

I had such a great experience with Sherry! Thank you! Sherry actually listened to what I said I needed. She is incredibly strong and released the tension in my neck and shoulders. Her energy is so nice. I relaxed as soon as she put her hands on me. If you want a therapist with great energy who listens and can modify her pressure from relaxing to deep tissue then Sherry is for you ! Thank you so much for your healing hands

Hands Down one of the best massage therapist in the San Diego/​North County area. After going through so many different spas, hotels, Groupon deals, etc to get treatment no one could do what I was requesting. Like applying more pressure and actually putting some effort in. Sherry knows how to either get all the stress out my tense muscles or she just knows and ask what areas to work on and gets out the knots. Hard to explain in words. Just try her and you will see. I love the new place too.
