From osseous adjusting where you hear the bones adjusting with a popping noise to a lower force adjustment where instruments are used to assist in the adjustment. We also offer therapeutic massage. Here at Del Rey Chiropractic we create health naturally by balancing the life-​force through a healthy spine for relief from ailments such as Headaches, Back Pain, Allergy, Arthritis and Asthma.

–Monterey Massage is designed to meet your individual needs, you will be asked some general questions about your health so the therapist can determine what type of body work to use. The session takes place in a quiet room with soft music to create a relaxed atmosphere.

In 2007 we added massage therapy to the practice and have since added 2 wonderful massage therapists to our talented team.

–Monterey Chiropractor — Dr. Gary Campanaro agrees that sometimes prescription drugs are needed he wants all his patients to be educated of the pros and cons of all health care options. His role as a chiropractor is really one of a coach and teacher. Dr. Gary Campanaro works with his patients to get them back to a place of balance by creating health naturally through a healthy spine; he also motivates and educates his patients on how to care for their spine and nervous system teaching them how to attain a balanced body and brain through healthy lifestyle choices. He’s been in practice for over 20 years and speaks Spanish very fluently.
