DON’T TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!
In November I broke the screen on my 11 month old iPhone 5s. I took it to the uBreak iPhix store because I had the misguided idea that the Apple Store couldn’t do it quickly. The guy fixed it within an hour. I was really impressed.
Three weeks later, the touch screen stopped working. I brought it to the Apple store and they said that since it had been worked on by a 3^rd party vendor, that they couldn’t work on my phone AT ALL. They told me that 3^rd party vendors don’t use the right materials to interface with the phone which usually results in permanent damage.
I took it back to the uBreak guy. He went on a rant about how arrogant Apple is and he fixed my phone again. (I guess it was still under their warranty.)
Last week (two weeks later), my touchscreen sensor started going crazy again. Every time I was on a call, my cheek or ear would hang up or mute the call. Then today, my phone has become possessed. It’s opening apps and scrolling all by itself. It’s flickering like crazy. I can’t even enter my passcode to unlock it half the time.
Tomorrow I have to get a new phone. So ultimately, I paid $ 125 to get a new screen and irreparably damage my phone.

Writing a review of this place is somewhat difficult as I have had varying degrees of service. Bottom line, I think… If the guy (who I assume owns it) is there… go for it… he has always been awesome. If there is a lady with an accent working… walk out and go somewhere else

A very hot temper aggressive person, who does no noting about iPhone 5s, he wasted my time for over an hour and he wasn’t able to fix the screen he Strated shouting I think Starbucks customers, next door, suffered from his voice… Guys pay more and go to Apple and never deal with a cheap place like this one !
I only blame my self, because when Apple genius told me that they don’t have the right equipments and resources to fix the iPhone 5s I didn’t believe them and I went to a poor service shop, and I got a very poor result.

I went in for a repair and was in and out within 30 minutes. Hong repaired it quickly I would recommend them for iPhone repairs!

This place is inconsistent and downright dishonest in many ways, they messed up and lost my phone when I tryed to get a simple screen replace. They tried to sell me a service plan that doesn’t make sense. They try to offer other services like computer and game system repair which they also don’t know much about and can’t be relied on to do in a timely manner. Bad, bad, bad; don’t go for any of their promotional coupons either! What a rip-​off place!

Very sketchy, crooks… Sold me bad product, go to a legit store.
