History

Established in 2000.

In August of 2000 we opened the doors under the name 2.4 Realty, LLC — perhaps Wisconsin’s first true discount broker. Over time, the business transformed and merged with other entities, including Badgerland Realtors and Lake Country By Owner. In 2013, via a merger, we became Redefined Realty Advisors, LLC (Redefined Realty). Our Sister Companies — Badgerland Flat Fee, LLC, Members Title Group, LLC, and My Drone Company, LLC all play important roles in the overall customer experience with Redefined Realty.

As a graduate of Brookfield East High School, UW-​Whitewater, and a resident of Lake Country for more than 20 years, I’ve spent just about all my life right here in Southeast Wisconsin.

I’ve been the host of the longest running local real estate radio show since 2006 — the Redefined Realty Show on AM1130-​WISN. Every Saturday at 9am we talk LIVE to the thousands of listeners eager for more real estate knowledge. This radio show, along with a substantial investment in weekly radio spots, drives hundreds of potential buyers to our website and your listing, every week.

Our philosophy is simple — it shouldn’t cost 6% to sell a home. High speed internet and the database of MLS information has leveled the playing field. We have many hard working full-​time agents all over SE Wisconsin. As President of the company, I can assure you that you will be in good hands!
