Groovy Records

This guy is a real jerk. Very rude. We were told you can’t just walk in here with your records. We had Beatles and other groovy records but he was so pissed we just walked in off the street that he said NO take them away ! Learn some manners and professionalism !

What an amazing place. Jerry is truly passionate about music and vinyl. He is extremely helpful and he even took the time to show me how to clean and store records. If you can’t find a record he will order one for you immediately. I also love the chill vibe and environment at the store. I actually look forward to making a trip there.

Found a great little leather purse there. Very friendly owner and gorgeous German Shepherd Dog. Highly recommend you stop in this shop. Even though they mainly sell vinyl and records. Ask about leather products because they have a secret stash they will show you.

unbelievable. I called this place and over the phone the owner agreed to buy some CDs he agreed on the price. told him that i was coming a good way to sell himhese CDs so I get there at 4 o’clock time agreed upon in fact he’s the one that suggested four o clock and he’s busy giving a guitar lesson at the time so I had to wait around till about 4 25.rude.anyway the first thing he says is ‘oh these are supposed to be in plastic cases’.!now this is an owner of a music store mind you for years and years now almost all my CDs have come paper type/​coardboard casing, and not plastic. some still do. I guess the insinuation is that I made these things at home, lol. anyway on to the ‘deal’ of course he changed it he didn’t want to buy them all as he agreed to on the phone he wanted to cherry pick them and get the same price that we agreed upon to just buy a few of them instead of all of them all I can say is I hate liars this guy wasted my time don’t try to sell him a damn thing. he is broke if you are broke just admit it just say on the phone I can’t afford to buy anything you bring in. nothing because it pisses people off when you agree to buy something and you come in and then you don’t buy it it’s just that simple he’s a liar I wanted to sell the CDs i brought in. we agreed on a price over the phone he knew exactly what I was bringing in and then HE change the terms and conditions because he doesn’t have the money to buy them all and we were only talking about 72 CDs here not a thousand people like this SHOULD just say ‘I trade and I sell I dont buy’take the «buy“off the sign.

This is also a nice little record shop. They have lots of CDs and some records. The prices are reasonable.

Jerry and his crew are always friendly and helpful! You can usually find any album you’re looking for, if not, I’m sure Jerry can find it for you. He has some great deals on used stereo equipment if you don’t have anything to spin those platters on!
