Sprint Store By Preferred Wireless

I came here because my husband’s coupon said we could only use the free coupon for a free cell phone charger here. I didn’t mind, it gave me an excuse to visit my favorite hometown where I lived for over 15 years.
I know almost every nook and cranny in this city but I didn’t know about this place being here. It’s right on Route 42 North.
The customer service here was great. The lady worked very hard to help me research my account with Sprint since my husband and I are eligible for new phones right now. She explained everything to me including how it might affect my bill. I was mostly worried about that and the fact my bill would go up even more with my husband leaving his second job and getting the discount for our phones taken off immediately.
If my bill were to go up as much as I think it may be, I’m worried about switching cell phone companies because I really like Sprint’s unlimited data coverage. I do not want to automatically just go to Verizon because my husband’s other work supports only that phone carrier. I want to look at all my options. I was very happy the lady at Sprint really worked with me. She didn’t want to lose me as a customer and see me to go to Verizon because of the fact our bill was going to increase dramatically.
She went out of her way to tell me about all the different places that could possibly give us a good discount to support our phone coverage. Now it just comes down to what best works for us now that our phone bill will be more than we are used to. I would like to stay with Sprint but I need to see what will work best for both my husband and I in the long run.
