I am a Carroll County native and am proud to call it home. I graduated from Delphi Community High School in 1979. In that same year I began farming, and I continue to do so now. I married Tina Brown in the summer of 1980, and together we raised two wonderful daughters, Ashley and Natalie.

I obtained my realtor’s license in 2006 and my Associate Broker’s License in 2010. In 2011 I obtained my Principal Broker License in order to establish this company, Jim Garrison Real Estate.

I enjoy working with people, have an extensive knowledge of Carroll County and I know how to treat people right. I look forward to helping with all of your real estate needs.
