This is a very neat and informative museum about the creation of the canal that runs through Delphi Indiana. very kid friendly very hands on pioneer village that’s only open on the weekend.

Explains the history of the area via an informative walk-​through, hands-​on, self-​guided tour. If you’re lucky, you might catch some demonstrations of frontier-​time crafts. Large convention/​meeting area can be rented for events. Adjacent to the canal and a playground. The kids will have a great time here.
