I came in with my father to get him a new phone. He recently suffered a stroke and needed something with more accessibility options.
Adam spent over an hour with us, as recalling numbers, addresses, and other important info was difficult for a recent stroke victim. Adam was calm, patient, and knowledgeable.
I live across the country, and I am happy knowing that as my pops ventures into the smartphone world, he can get in person help from staff like Adam when I’m away. Couldn’t be happier with the staff here.
